Do not submit passwords, full credit or debit card numbers, dates of birth, passport numbers, passport images or account credentials through the public inquiry form. We will arrange a more appropriate method if sensitive information is required for an approved booking.

We use information to evaluate requests, respond within our stated service window, prepare consultations, create proposals, arrange and support travel, prevent abuse, maintain records and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell information submitted through the inquiry form.

Who receives information
