Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of passporttoliv.com and services offered under the PassportToLiv trade name. Trip-specific details, supplier rules and payment terms may also appear in a written proposal or client agreement. If they conflict with these Terms, the trip-specific agreement controls for that booking.

Services

PassportToLiv provides personalized leisure travel planning, flight and hotel booking support, selected experience and transfer coordination, award travel and points strategy, corporate and executive travel, group travel, hotel room blocks and concierge-style support. We do not currently sell travel insurance. An inquiry is a request for review, not an accepted engagement or confirmed reservation.

Consultation fee

A private 30-minute consultation costs $59. The fee compensates PassportToLiv for advance review and advisory time and is nonrefundable once purchased, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you book the trip discussed during the consultation through PassportToLiv within seven calendar days after the call, the $59 will be credited toward that trip. If you do not proceed, you receive the consultation only and no credit or refund is due.

Proposals and booking

We aim to present up to three suitable options when availability permits and include one reasonable revision during the seven-day decision window. A new destination, substantially different dates or routing, or extensive additional research may require a new consultation. The consultation does not itself include or guarantee a booking. No reservation exists until you approve the final details, provide required traveler information and payment, and receive supplier confirmation.

Pricing, availability and payment

Airfares, hotel rates, award inventory, taxes, resort or destination fees, exchange rates and supplier charges can change until ticketed or confirmed. Quotes may expire without notice. You authorize the approved charges described in your trip agreement. Supplier charges, fare differences and penalties remain your responsibility. PassportToLiv does not charge an additional planning or booking fee for the trip discussed during the consultation unless a later written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Cash and award travel

Bookings may use cash, your available points or miles, or a combination. You retain responsibility for your loyalty accounts and for confirming any transfer. Points transfers are generally irreversible, may not post instantly and do not guarantee that award space will remain available. Program rules, transfer ratios, bonuses, availability and valuations can change. We will not ask you to submit passwords, full payment-card details or loyalty-account credentials through the public inquiry form.

Suppliers and agency role

Airlines, hotels, loyalty programs, payment processors and booking platforms are independent suppliers. Their terms, baggage rules, check-in requirements, change and cancellation policies, and privacy practices apply. PassportToLiv assists as a travel advisor and booking intermediary but does not control supplier operations, schedules, inventory, service quality, refunds or disruptions. References to supplier names or trademarks identify the relevant product and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

Changes, cancellations and post-booking support

For reservations booked through PassportToLiv, we provide reasonable support through trip completion for questions, supplier-initiated changes and eligible cancellations or rebooking. We cannot guarantee a particular result. Supplier fees, fare differences and nonrefundable amounts remain the client’s responsibility. We generally cannot change or take over reservations made through another agency or platform; those must usually be handled by the original booking source. Emergency assistance is not guaranteed outside normal response channels, and travelers should contact the operating supplier when immediate action is required.

Traveler responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate names and traveler details, reviewing confirmations promptly, meeting passport, visa, health, entry and transit requirements, arriving on time and complying with supplier rules. You are also responsible for deciding whether to purchase travel insurance independently. PassportToLiv is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information you provide, denied entry, missed deadlines or failure to comply with government or supplier requirements.

Disruptions and limitation of responsibility

Travel involves risks outside our control, including weather, strikes, schedule changes, government action, illness, supplier insolvency and force majeure events. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PassportToLiv is not liable for acts or omissions of independent suppliers or for indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Credit card and educational information

Credit card and loyalty information is educational and is not individualized financial, legal or tax advice. Issuers determine eligibility, approval, interest rates, annual fees, benefits and account terms. Never carry debt or incur interest solely to earn rewards.

Affiliate and compensation disclosure

PassportToLiv may receive commissions from travel suppliers and compensation when you apply for or purchase through certain links. This does not increase the price shown to you. Material affiliate relationships will be disclosed clearly near the relevant recommendation. Results and testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar savings, availability, upgrades or outcomes.

Website use and intellectual property

Website content is provided for general information and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access or submit false or unlawful information.

Governing law and severability

These Terms are governed by New York law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms may be updated prospectively by posting a revised date.
