Do I need points to work with PassportToLiv?+
No. Traditional travel planning comes first. We can book flights and hotels whether you are paying with cash, points or a thoughtful combination of both.
What exactly can PassportToLiv book?+
We currently focus on flights, hotels, award travel, group and corporate travel, room blocks, and concierge-style trip support. Detailed day-by-day activity planning is not currently offered as a standalone service.
What does the consultation include?+
Before the call, we review your trip profile. During the 30-minute consultation, we clarify your priorities, discuss the strongest available paths and answer questions. The consultation itself does not create or complete a booking.
Is the consultation refundable?+
The $59 consultation is nonrefundable. If you book through PassportToLiv within seven calendar days after the call, the full $59 is credited toward your trip.
Are there additional planning or booking fees?+
No. If you proceed with the trip discussed during your consultation, there is no additional PassportToLiv planning or booking fee. Supplier charges, taxes, fare differences and cancellation or change penalties may still apply.
Can you review my credit cards and points?+
Yes. Points strategy is personalized around your goals. We can evaluate how you currently accumulate points, help create a new card structure or help redeem points you already have.
What happens if my plans change?+
For reservations booked through us, we help you understand options and coordinate eligible changes, cancellations or rebooking with the supplier through trip completion. Supplier rules, availability, fare differences and fees still apply; outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
How many options will I receive?+
We aim to present up to three strong options when availability supports it, plus one reasonable revision during the seven-day decision window. A materially different route, destination or date range may require a new consultation.
When will I hear back?+
We respond to inquiries within 24 hours with next steps and consultation availability.
What happens after I approve a booking?+
Subject to availability, payment and receipt of required traveler details, we complete the approved booking within 24 hours and email your confirmation.
Do you offer travel insurance?+
We do not currently sell travel insurance. We encourage clients to consider appropriate coverage independently and review the policy terms carefully.
Can you guarantee upgrades or award availability?+
No. Prices, award space, upgrades and loyalty benefits are controlled by the relevant supplier and can change until confirmed.
Can you help with an existing reservation?+
We can review an existing reservation in a standalone consultation, but generally cannot change or take over a booking made through another agency or platform.
